Cumbria Constabulary would like to offer you the opportunity to sign up to our new newsletter service that keeps you updated with the latest alerts, news, and information for your area.

The new newsletter service will enable to you get information and alerts via email, about your area, direct to your inbox.

There are a few options available:
  • Alerts – you can receive alerts and breaking news about incidents as they happen, in your area, as we may need your support or for you to take immediate action. Alerts will be issued for incidents including road traffic collisions, critical incidents, missing or wanted appeals.
  • Newsletter – you can opt to receive a newsletter each Friday afternoon that will give you an update on the biggest news stories and information, in your area, from the Constabulary.
  • Job Vacancies – you can also opt to receive an email about the latest job vacancies and volunteering opportunities in the Constabulary.
As a user of Cumbria Community Messaging, we value your support and dedication in helping keep people safe. Our newsletter is an exciting new way in which you can keep up to date with what is going on in the areas you care about.

Developments are also underway to set up local news from your local policing team later in the year.
